Do I need to be at the property?
No — most of our clients are not. We coordinate access directly with your renter or property manager and confirm the appointment with everyone involved.
How soon can you come out?
Standard compliance checks are usually booked within days. Emergency faults are prioritised — call us rather than using the form.
Can I book multiple properties at once?
Absolutely. List the addresses in the message field, or call us to set up a synced compliance schedule for your whole portfolio.
