How often is an electrical safety check required?
At least once every two years for Victorian rental properties. Records of the check must be kept and provided to renters on request.
Do you check safety switches?
Yes — safety switch (RCD) operation is a core part of every check. If your switchboard does not have compliant safety switches, we will quote an upgrade and can install it ourselves.
What if something fails?
We explain the fault, its risk, and the cost to fix it. With your approval, most repairs are done on the same visit by the same licensed electrician.
